Ryzen 2700 is only reaching 3.3 in games and CineBench

Basically the title. Running a Gigabyte b450 aorus pro wifi. When going into the bios the option to mess with frequency is greyed out. I messed with the power setting and got the cpu to 3.3 when it was originally staying at 3.2. Im on the bio right before agesa 1.0.0.4. So idk if that has anything to do with it. I would like to not have to update the bios if at all possible.
