My RTX 2080's backplate and I/O shield/bracket were damaged in shipping (card works perfectly) and ASUS support was quite unhelpful without shipping the card in and having it considered out of warranty for physical damage (that's fair though). I tried to just buy the parts from them but apparently they're exclusively for repair center use. ASUS support was quite a rough experience...

Anyone have suggestions on where to get replacements?

For reference, DUAL-RTX2080-O8G:

If it was damaged in shipping, I would contact the seller... if its amazon or something they should send you a new one.

wouldnt ebay have them as people buy broken and busted things all the time to part out

Checked eBay but haven't seen anything for this model yet (I think there was a MSI shroud though). The I/O shield/brackets on there from China don't look like the screw holes are the same size or line up the same, so I passed on those.
