Hey guy! I'm looking for recommendations.
It's going to be upgrade time soon, going from GTX 980 TI to RTX 2070 super.

I know coil whine is an issue on some cards, especially EVGA cards. Any  do you own an RTX 2070s that is relatively quiet that you would recommend?

coil whine varies randomly from card to card, it is a defect and not a design flaw.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Yes, coil whine is a dumb luck type thing. Its all down to the frequencies that the PSU and power components on the cards are tuned for. Everyone is different so its impossible to eliminate it 100%. Its not a problem beyond audible. Has zero effect on the cards performance and chances are when you have headphones on while gaming, you will never hear it.
