2080 S is much better of a card to get. Unless you really need to push the extra 8 frames in games

You know the 2080Ti isn;t about 8 extra frames.  Same reason the Bugatti isn't about a few extra mph.

Fair enough. Though I have a hard time justifying the performance increases all round is worth another 400$.
