I would go AMD if I were you

this should stream very well. It doesn't have a capture card tho

here is a few list w/ a variety of small tweaks:

w/o cooler and with harddrive

w/o CPU cooler and with name ssd

w/ CPU cooler and ssd

w/ hard drive instead of nvme ssd

This is the best one of the bunch (but also the most over ur budget)

you might be able to find a few deals on black Friday which could reduce the costs.

Crap motherboard will struggle to run 3900x if OP wants to run 3900x 12 core or 3950x 16 core in the future.

For the same sub $200, I would pick ASUS TUF X570 Plus Gaming wifi over Asrock X570 Steel Legend.

@OlympicAssEater I doubt he would want to run a 3900x if he's on a pretty tight budget already

I was trying to keep the cost down, and it's a decent board anyways. Asrock is pretty good in general and the reviews are OK.

You can cheap out the cpu but please don't cheap out the mobo. 3900x in a year or two will be ~$400 in second hands. The board you choose is no good to run 3900x compare to something like ASUS Prime X570-P for a darn cheap or Asus Tuf x570 plus wifi gaming same sub $200 as Asrock X570 steel legend.

the TUF is around the same price as the steel legend while having much better VRM temps, even being cheaper if you forego wifi on the TUF.

wow nice picks i was thinking AMD also, however i dont need a cooler i have a ton of custom water cooling stuff so it will get custom loop treatment, also i dont need any hdd's or ssd's i have those covered, and i already have a 750W seasonic prime platinum PSU. what i came up with was 3700x gigabyte aurus master, found 32gb gskill royals for 194$ !!

and of course the 5700xt.only came to 70$ over but thats fine, however i need a dang water block for that CPU tho:(..........

if u have some water-cooling stuff, you can get the Corsair Hydro X XC7 for like 75 bucks, which isn't bad

I wouldn't go for the aorus master, since the crosshair 8 hero (WIFI) is 20 bucks more expensive and gigabyte have had some fitting issues, but it is ur 20 bucks.

Just a quick question about that RAM (it sounds like a steal deal), what speed is it? because the recommended speed for Ryzen is 3600mhz.

So based on what u said, (and what everyone else said) here is what u need:

(I left the RAM price blank because idk about the speed etc.)

Oh sorry yes it is in fact 3600 C16 ram found it at newegg, theres a few good deals there right now!  but its just 2 stix so i can in future get another set for 64gb if i wanted lol overkill af tho even 32gb isnt needed but the price is insane at 194$ that mobo you listed may be cheaper at newegg also ill look into that,i figured the direct 14 phase rail would be great for that cpu....not going to use an AIO cooler i already have tubes fittings and res/pump and rads, just need a block that will fit that socket,i think EK has them but there pricey,i can go around 100-200 over budget if i must but thats the limit for sure! lol...Super appreciate the info!

that's a hella good deal on RAM

the Corsair Hydro X is cheaper than some of EK's stuff. you can get the cpu block here for 75 bucks, which isn't a bad deal. and still keeps you in budget.

a 5700xt block (if ur looking) from corsair is 150 bucks.
