Right now im using the H115i from Corsiar to cool the CPU plus i just recently installed 4 case fans with plans adding 2 more but i feel like my CPU its still too hot at 47°C on light workloads

Depending what "light workloads" mean, 47°C could be low.

What temperature does the CPU reach under heavier loads, such as while gaming?

Which fans do you use?
What is the ambient temperature?

Overall, 47˚C isn't that bad on a small workload. In fact it's pretty good.

How high does it go if you push it harder, like rendering something or with prime95?

You'll never get sub or equal to ambient temperature with air or water cooling.

What is said above is correct. We really need to know what the max temp is under load to be able to give advice.

There is always a huge push to try and throw fans in the case and make things run as cool as humanly possible... But really, the main benefit from water cooling is to get temps under control, but doing it without being obscenely loud. Assuming the radiator is an exhaust, you're removing all of the CPU's heat out of the case which cools everything else off as well.

Anyways, let us know what the max temps are and we can help you further. If they are sub 80c in a load like prime95, I would argue your current setup is plenty sufficient since that sort of load is not "normal". My 8700k hits low 80's in prime95, but only hits mid 60's in a game... If you do rendering often, spin up a render and check the temps, if they are under 75c, you're more than fine.

They're the 140mm fans that came with the pump. I want to switch them for the RGB fans sooner or later but dont know if its gonna put stress on it. Ambient temp is around 43°c but say now like im playing Modern Warfare it gets to the 60s

Loght workloads could be bad terminology because its basically just watching YouTube having multiple tabs open etc. When i play games like Modern Warfare for example it hits 60°c+ easily and im just not trying to have to fry my motherboard cause i also have the MEG Godlike and im not trying to buy another ?

60°C is pretty good for a 9900K under load. Nothing to worry about.

Do you mean the ambient temp in the room / area with the computer is 43°C?  That's a bit warm - about 109.4°F for the Americans / USA residents among the LTT community. ??
I think the hottest it's been at my house was probably around 100-104°F / 37.78-40°C, and that only once maybe 15 or 20 years ago, otherwise it rarely hits 90°F / 32.2°C indoors, maybe once or twice a year.   (We do get upwards of 83-86°F / 28.33-30°C quite often in summer though.)  My cousin a few miles west of me (she's in La Mesa, CA - east of San Diego) has seen 104°F / 40°C in summer in her house.
Maybe you live in the desert?  I could imagine indoor temperatures near 110°F or higher would be possible in places like Phoenix, Palm Springs, Vegas, or other desert areas like north Africa or parts of Australia, in a house with poor insulation and no air conditioning. :)

Lol no the room is so random it could be freezing maybe 60 but then ill just be cooking ? like high 80s. With it being 30°F outside its hard to keep a room and a constant temp apparently. But im saying the PCs temp just sitting is low 40°C
