looking for some input on FMV of a system

I'm considering selling my second computer as I am about to be a father and could use some extra money and won't have time to have two computers. I have a family member that would most likely be interested in it, in which case I'd sell it for cheaper but for simplicity let's call it a craigslist/facebook ad. I haven't really sold anything used before so not really sure what the market is on used computers. Everything is like new condition (one exception, to be noted later) and super clean.

 

Case: NZXT 510

PSU: old corsair TX650 from 2012, from the previous 3770k build that this system was meant to replace, will likely need to be changed as it whines a bit under load

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3P.. one of the lower tier non overclock boards, but has the USB-C front/rear ports

Processor: I5-9600k, cpu cooler is just an evo 212 black edition

Ram: 16 gigs GSkill Aegis 2400 mhz

GPU: Gigabyte Aorus 1060

I have a four storage drives in it right now but I'd likely sell it with just a single 500gb samsung evo 960 sata ssd

 

I was sort of thinking in the $400-$500 range.. how close am I?
