recently cleaned my loop and swapped fluid so pc was disconnected from AC power & psu was flipped off.

Now bios and boot go to my second monitor, which is fine except for bios. My 2nd monitor is vertical so i have to tilt my head to look through bios. nvidia control panel & windows display settings still recognize it as my 2nd monitor. is there a bios settings to switch it back to my main monitor?

Nope, swap cables. That should do it.
