Noise cancelling headphones eliminate PC fan noise?

Title, and also air conditioning fan noise and etc fans too?? I also get mild highway traffic in my room

Edit: And if I were to go down this route, what headphones should I pick up?

My Sennheiser and my AirPods Pro both do a near perfect job at this!

Over ear is the best for ANC. But I am surprised every time how good my AirPods Pro do the ANC

I have Sennheiser https://en-us.sennheiser.com/momentumwireless

Best Sound in class, but Bose has a bit better ANC. Though Boses sound is pretty muddy compared to sennheiser wich is very clear but good bass powahhh . Therefore Idd recommend the Momentum wireless

 

AirPods pro are super comfortable and work like a charm with  devices but the sound is pretty shit in comparison with the Senns
