tbh in my place the i3 is cheaper and offer better boost clock with same core and Thread.

i want to go with intel with better clock. but if i go with intel, im afraid that if i upgrade the chip to i5 or i7 it WILL become Pricey. on the other hand Amd Ryzen 5 and 7 is kinda cheaper and offer more thread. note that i probably will editi 1080p with Ae and Premiere

i mainly for gaming Esport title. but there are chances that i may upgrade the cheap in later future with i5 or Ryzen 5. 6C at least.

i think go with ryzen for now since they will literally release the zen 3 mid next year in which i think is the time you will plan your upgrade. Its just a matter of choice

Go with a better performance now but expensive upgrade path in the future

or

Go with a slightly lower performance CPU and a cheaper upgrade path to Zen 3

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

I think i saw it that it was confirmed to be AM4 since AM4 will stay until 2020.

9100F is worthless for this since it does not have the iGPU which offers QuickSync and OpenCL support for these, like non-F CPUs have. If you only have money for a 9100F, I'd go with 3200G instead.
