Im lookin for a rx 480 4gb bios that dont have that shitty 0 rpm mode. I found one that didnt have it, but that was a long time ago and i cant find the exact bios i had. The fans makes a lot of noise when they spin up, and its like a never ending loop since the card gets cooler and therefore the fans shut off, then its get hotter and they turn on and cool it down again, i dont want that to happen. I got the xfx RS rx 480 4gb model if ya need it.

There should be a setting for it to run on Windows boot

If not, just use afterburner
