sapphire pulse radeon rx 580 8gb crash

hi,
I have AMD RX 580 GPU and in the last month, the GPU starts to crash almost immediately when I start a game.
I tried a lot of solutions from the internet but with no luck, I had noticed that when I stress test the GPU on AIDA 64 it's not crash but when I test with MSI Kombustor the GPU crash only with CL testes and not with VK.
on the CL tests, the GPU crash immediately the screen become to black with "No Signal" message and the GPU fans raise to max speed.
someone know ways to solve this problem?
