Looking at the motherboard page, the first BIOS to be "validated" for the Ryzen 5 3600 was version 2301 which was released on 2019-05-15.

 

If you find your board does not successfully POST with your CPU, you may be able to RMA the board for a BIOS update, or you can get loaned an Athlon 200GE from AMD.

I got my 3600 with an ROG B450-F and it came out of the box with the correct bios. Purchased at Microcenter in Denver
