Choose monitor for gaming!!

Found one sale(220euro) ASUS VG258QR TN 165hz 1ms 1080p free-sync(officially support g sync)
 
I know its TN colors will not be grate but its fine for me.
 
This monitor overall is good?
Any problems?
 
Some game i cant hit 165 but some more demanding around 100 fps. Its fine if i play 100 fps on 165 hz monitor or i will get some problems.
 
My second options is Viewsonic xg240r TN 1ms 1080p 144HZ free-sync(not officially supported). 245 euro
