RX580 or Spend double on RX 5700?

I am building a system and already have a 1080p monitor.

 

I can get the Sapphire RX580 Nitro + for £153 ($200) or the Sapphire Pulse for £310 - $400  (Red Dragon XT card for £350 - $450)

 

I will be gaming in 1080p for at least 6 months until I can afford a higher res monitor...

My head says take the 580, I could afford the 5700 and skimp on other areas but is it really worth it with that monitor? 

 

I will be buying a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU...
