Miracast is supported so why I can't use it?

Got the same issue with my LG TV, I know it should work, the TV has a dedicated Miracast App built in, I've watched YouTube videos of other people using it, I've even watched one on how to set everything up but nope.

 

I've tried everything an it simply doesn't work.

Main Rig:-

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

What are you trying to project? it literally says you are trying to view protected content on that display and I am guessing it doesnt support HDCP over miracast.

My desktop PC screen to the Hitachi Smart Tv.  With my laptop its fine

Then I am guessing something needs to be certified, not really sure to be honest.
