Is there any adapter for parallel ata for old hdd?

Search for laptop IDE to USB would give you the best results from what I can tell. I am sure there is a proper name for that connector but I have no idea what it is lol. Been awhile since I had to use it.

 

What are you trying to do with it? Using the hard drive externally? Throwing it in something with a SATA port? It's kinda important to know.
