the model of the monitor is aoc Q3279VWF

most likely not because the wiring out will be different and not worth the risk of buying new one that doesnt fit

just buy a new monitor because they are so cheap now

If you've taken apart the monitor already, you can find the part number of the actual LCD assembly. I would check eBay and Alibaba and see if you can find a replacement. As @amdorintel said, different models may have different wiring harnesses on them, with a differently socketed plug. In some cases, you can replace it with a different screen, but you've gotta be extremely careful in ensuring compatibility.

Though unless you get a really good price on the screen itself, it may not even be worth replacing, instead of just buying a new monitor.
