Programs launching on wrong monitor

Go to solution Solved by SpookyCitrus,

When you were in Display settings did you set the Acer as your main display? You have to switch it over to the Acer manually.

Previously, I had 2 monitors: a Samsung SyncMaster 2494, and an AOC G2460PF.

Now, I have replaced the Samsung with an Acer XF0 27" monitor.

THe Samsung was connected by DVI, both the AOC and the Acer are connected by DisplayPort.

When the Samsung was connected, all the games I had launched on the AOC, and they still do. Now I want them to launch on the Acer.

I've gone through Windows settings, Radeon settings, and on a few I've even tried Alt+Enter. Alt+Enter either won't work with the program(FO3), or after being placed on the Acer, goes right back to the AOC.
