NZXT Kranen fan doesn't work

Hi,
I have a problem with my NZXT Kranen X62. I bought it week ago, connected everything like manual shows, 2 fans to spliter, small fan connector to CPU_FAN on motherboard, connector to power supply, miniUSB to water block, and to motherboard, and wide cable also to water block.
And like i said, all week it works fine, but yesterday i tuned on PC, started game, and i saw that fans aren't spinning.
I connected fans directly to motherboard and they are spinning. I disconnected everything and connect again, I connected everything to different  sockets, and all time fans doesn't works. 
In NZXT CAM i set fan speed to max and still they have 0 RPM.
I don't have idea what is wrong.
Sorry for my very simple english, if you need explanation please tell me.

I am looking at buying an nzxt model myself and looked at some of the problems people have been having, apparently CAM causes issues. If it's not running through CAM but is through the motherboard then at least you know you have working fans. So it's probably a software issue, contact Nzxt. They will help you.
