PC Video and Audio glitching seemingly random

Been having this problem for a few weeks now since i built my PC.

Basically every now and then my PC will glitch and the audio and video will lag, sometimes this only last a few seconds however sometimes this goes on endlessly until i shutdown and restart my PC. There doesnt seem to be much of a pattern as to when this happens, sometimes when using dual monitors and sometimes when just testing on a single monitor. I have added a video of the glitch as its quite hard to explain exactly what happens.

I am running the latest version of the BIOS and all drivers and windows updates are installed and up to date.

Specs:

Ryzen 3700x

Corsair Vengance RGB Pro 19GB 3200mhz

MSI x570 Gaming pro carbon Mobo

Aorus 2070 super

NZXT Kraken cooling

Can provide any other info if it would help. Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Connor

is this during loading screens?

because it sounds similar to a problem i have with my pc where my pc for whatever reason can't handle loading screens and anything other than the loading screen starts lagging and if i left click the loading screen three times it ends up starting the "windows detected a problem" pop up box and i have to press wait and then it will load again after a short while (if i don't left click it loads "normally" but still causes the audio and visual lag/studdering)

if this is the case then it might be something with the graphics card since i have the gigabyte windforce 2080.

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

No unfortunately not, the problem i have happens completely randomly whether its in the middle of a game or just while watching youtube

does it sound robotic? and do you have a hyperx headset?

my frined had a similar problem but the fix for him was to swap his headset.

This is usually happening with memory. Do you run with XMP? If yes try setting memory timings and voltages manually. If you have any overclock on then try and disable. You could also try running your memory at auto settings aka jedec settings

CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Elite V2 | RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x16gb 3200 @3600mhz | PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G3 | Monitor: LG 27GL850-B , Samsung C27HG70 |
GPU: Red Devil RX 7900XT | Sound: Odac + Fiio E09K | Case: Fractal Design R6 TG Blackout |Storage: MP510 960gb and 860 Evo 500gb | Cooling: CPU: Alphacool ST30 420mm rad, Alphacool CPU and GPU Core LT and Core blocks, D5 pump and res combo
