Hi Everyone,

first time poster

just build new computer, boots to windows 10 but randomly shuts down (2-10 min in use)  and restarts.  first time was able to install windows and worked for 30min

-Updated bios,

-tried with one stick of RAM, same.

-Started in safe mode, same problem exists.

-tried disabling auto reboot in windows, same.

- tried reinstalling windows but don't get trough install before pc restarts

- temperatures are normal

- no overclocking or modding done to settings

when it restarts it doesn't turn of all the way, power supply doesn't click (if you know what i mean) and pc is able to recover what you were doing eg. website,,,,

- don't get any error messages or anything

PSU: 650w gold coolermaster

cpu: ryzen 3600 stock cooler

RAM: 2x 8gb corsair vengance LPX 3000mhz (still run 2133 mhz)

mobo: msi b450m max

graphics: asus dual oc rx 5700

ssd: kingston a 2000 nvme

what is my next step of troubleshooting the problem?

thx in advance

Does it shut down normally? Or is it just a sudden black screen?

Shut down normally: probably a software problem

Sudden black screen: probably a hardware problem

sudden black screen. Is there a way to know which component is failling or do I have to changes components and test ?
