Help me pick a power supply

Hello, can you suggest a PSU for the following components:

 

Patriot Viper 4 Series 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit
ASRock B450 Steel Legend
SSD Silicon-Power P34A80 512GB PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 2280
Procesor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz box
Placa video Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT PULSE 8GB GDDR6 256-bit
HDD 1TB WD BLUE

 

AMD recommends 650W, but many of you say it's overkill and a good 550-600W should be enough.

@Sajiko recommended a good unit but a budget one.

 

On the same tier (as the Capstone) are the RMx 550 or TXm 550 from Corsair too.

The only known good PSU i found is this for 600 Lei:

There are more Romanian made PSUs there than Internationally recognized ones.
