Yes, but it depends on the price.

It's good but liquid coolers are not as reliable and durable as air coolers,

And maintaining liquid coolers is a hassle.

You will need to refill the cooler in a few years,and clean the block if it has junk blocking it.

And there is the risk of a leak...

 

Air coolers are just there and you can just forget about them,

In the worst case scenario you will just need to replace a fan.

Why would you refill? AIO liquid coolers are hermitically sealed and maintenance free.That is the point. For example I got a H100 which is still working fine, and has been in service since 2011. You need to clean the radiator once a while, but thats the same story with air coolers.

I don't see the issue. A guy is trying to repair an AIO. Likely got a warranty on that, but chooses to repair either way. Most AIO's got a 3 year warranty. Same goes for the card that OP posted. How likely is it that you see issues after the 3 years?

Ok a guy wants to make his own AIO, using old scrabs from other AIO's and is afraid of mixed metals in the "loop".

From AIOs that failed,

A lot of AIOs fail,but a lot of AIOs don't fail.

If you are willing to fix them then all is good.
