Difference between Spinfit CP100, CP145, CP100Z eartips

i can’t  decide what eartips im going to get cus the   nozzle size of these eartips are nearly same 

i just want to know what is the difference and which is better

Looks to be nozzle lengt just get the ones compatible with the gear you want to use it on
