Hi!

 

I am a university student studying Industrial Design. Apart of my degree is working on service design. My brief is to create a new way to get people to donate more blood. I have created a survey that is asking questions related to blood donation within the NHS (United Kingdom). If you have the time to complete the survey that would be great.

 

The survey is and will remain anonymous. This is strictly for academic purposes and will not be posted anywhere public. The survey is very short and will only take a couple minutes to fill out.

 

Please note that this survey is intended for those who were born between 1996 - 2002. If you are older or younger you are welcome to fill the survey out still as the results will be useful still.

 

Everyone is welcome to fill it out despite your age or nationality.
