Firefox Lags While Youtube Goes in and out of Full Screen

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else was having the same issue as stated in the title. When going in and out of full screen, or clicking onto my second monitor, it lags my entire system. The audio continues to play normally, but all video just freezes. This issue only happens when I'm using my main monitor. I'm using Firefox 70.0.1 on Windows 10 Build 1809. If anyone knows of a solution or can help me out, that would be great! Thanks in advance!

Using the same version of Firefox on Windows 10 LTSB 1607, four monitors, and YouTube in dark mode. I have zero issues.

 

Does this happen on other sites as well? Could be a GPU issue or a hardware accelerated issue. Try disabling that in the options.

This only happens on youtube and nowhere else. I tried disabling the full screen animation setting in firefox and it hasn't changed anything. Idk if it could be a monitor issue or what-not because it only happens on my main monitor
