rm750x faint buzz when plugged into an outlet

2 Weeks ago I got a new psu.

Whenever I plug it into the wall and turn it on (with the pc staying off) I can hear what seems to be a static buzz which is barely audible but it's there when I stick my head close to the power supply. Should I be concerned or could this just be minor coil whine? 

 

I'm sure it's coming from the psu btw
