Vcore for ryzen 7 3700x?

I have just finished building my pc and setting all things up now, but im checking in the bios and see that the Vcore is almost at 1.4 with auto what is best to have my vcore at and which CPU ratio for not an overclocked cpu?

when changing the Vcore settings i get 4 options:

- Auto

-Override

-Offset

- AMD OC manual

I got the B450 Tomahawk max, DDR 4 3200 CL14, Ryzen 7 3700x

Just leave it. It's completely different from what we have come to know and expect, but this is normal behavior with all and CPUs in the 3000 series family. There was a large post by amd over on Reddit after people started complaining and explained it out.

Ryzen 3000 at stock will use up to 1.5v for boost in a short amount of time then drop the voltage down to 1.2v - 1.3 or 1.4v depends on the load. This is normal for Ryzen 3000 aka Zen 2.

You can try offset -.05 to get better temp but might experience a small performance loss.
