needhelp Blue screens on restart/shutdown

Hi i installed windows 10 on my new self build pc

When i restart or shutdown i very often get a bluescreen. or when i start the system it often doesnt give display just the hardware start running then i have to force shutdown it and press power again hoping it will work this time.

Here is the error can someone help me with this i have no clue what to do next.
