GOOD PC BAD FPS PC WAS WORKING FINE 2 WEEKS AGO

HELLO, I am experiencing a problem with my pc for a past couple of weeks my pc was working fine 2 weeks ago but i suddenly encountered a computer virus.

So i reinstalled windows, my problem is really weird since when i am performing a benchmark the pc runs fine like it scored 3100 in heaven benchmark at 1366x768 resolution and cpu score was also matched with youtube guy having the same cpu. My drivers are up to date there are no virus in my pc i have tried reinstalling windows even replaced my gpu.

My specs

Ryzen 1200

 8 gb ram corsair 2400 mhz

msi A320M PROVH-PLUS 

GALAX GTX 1070 EX 

ARTIS 500W GOLD POWER SUPPLY 

My shopkeeper was saying that there cant be a problem with motherboard or power supply as the computer wont start if motherboard or psu had a problem.

Please help me with some suggestion I would be most grateful.... PLEASE help

I struggle to even get 60 fps in CSGO and MAP IS NOT FULLY LOADED IN GTA 5 like its load after i am in game. Please help

If you get a good score in the benchmarks, the game is probably the problem. Try readjusting the settings

say no more fam. Your issue is most likely related to your HDD. As Faisal suggested, do something like 3dmark11 benchmark first, so that we can compare it.
