Building my first gaming rig and need advise!

Hi everyone so I am needing to upgrade badly from my old PC, still a build from 2008 lol. I want to still make it a budget build under €1000, it's going to be just pure gaming for this build. I have a AOC 27" monitor w/ 144hz, Parthica core gaming keyboard and Roccat kova mouse. I am planning on using my old pc power supply (Corsair TX750 80+) if its not overkill. I also have a Western Digital 150gb VelociRaptor and Toshiba 2TB that could still be used if they are worth it in the build. i mostly play survival shooters like Escape from Tarkov and MMO's of many sorts. So please let me know what I can change to make the build better. Thanks!

New PSU because of new ATX standard support.

 

R5 3600 is better for high frame rate gaming, so is the more powerful GPU and faster memory.

 

Steel Legend cant use newer Ryzen without an older CPU for bios update, Mortar (and mATX Gaming Plus, among mATX boards) can as they could flash their BIOS without any CPU. Max versions are supposedly preflashed, but their selling point is mostly a better looking BIOS due to their higher capacity BIOS chip.

More expensive but slower memory, I dont think the extra bling is worth this much

 

SSD got worse... If you dont mind QLC's lesser durability, might as well get Crucial P1 or Intel 660p for extra speed.

 

2060 is also slower than RX 5700, at least it uses less power so it's not entirely negative

 

The case is good if you fill it with fans, not sure how many does it come with.

ok so the case only comes with the one fan.... so what would you say is a good set up for pure gaming from Ryzen or Intel under €1200 and still going to get 80+ fps on most games? i would still like to keep the case though cause it looks really nice.

Could cut back in price by not buying the two 120mm fans or the CPU cooler. In fact if you ditch the cooler you could get the Carbon board for more RGB on the board itself

Nvidia GTX/RTX cards after and including 10 series support adaptive sync with Freesync monitors as well, just make sure you use DP connection

Why you wont take 5700XT, do you like rtx 2070, because of the rtx. 5700XT slightly faster.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

because the part lists got outdated, back then only crap blower 5700XT is competitive in price.
