how to uninstall windows store apps

Press the Windows-key, type "Instagram" (without the quotes) and click Uninstall. Or, alternatively, press the Windows-key, find Instagram on the app-menu and right-click on it and select Uninstall.

If all else fails, use powershell to uninstall any app (even built in ones).

 

In your case this should work with a use of a wildcard

Get-AppxPackage *instagram* | Remove-AppxPackage

If you open the Settings panel, go to Apps, you have a list of all programs installed on your system in front of you. Find you app, pick it, and hit Uninstall. It's not hard. No need for insults.
