Has anyone tried these Motherboards for laptop CPU's?

Hello there

 

I have been seeing this kind of motherboards pop up like crazy in Aliexpress, i wonder has anyone tried them? perhaps it's a good idea to just get some cheap mobile i7 and save a buck there
