because 3200MHz is memory's data rate, actual operating frequency is 1600MHz. DDR sends data twice per clock cycle

 

that said, 1:1 ratio refers to UCLK and memory frequency, not FCLK. FCLK should go as high as possible if you can make it stable at 200MHz above UCLK.

A okey I thought you had to then tweak the ram to 3400 to increase FCLK.

Okey cool so aslong as I tweak the FCLK to as high it can get Whit descent boot that's the best ? But then the 1:1 ratio aren't completely right? Always read that that's the way to go. Confused ?
