Icon on some file type changed after installing NCH Disketch Disc Label Software

Icons for files are chosen based on the default program with which they open.  Looks like that program took over JPEGs for some reason.  If you set the default back to Photos, or something else, they should return to thumbnails or at least a normal image icon.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

But when I open that file, it still open with its default program. Even I changed the default program to open that format file, the icon is still stubborn to change to its original.

This is not happen to JPEG file only, it also happen to 7z, RAR, GZ, BMP, DIB, PNG, and TIFF.

Wow, looks like that program really did a number on your system.  I'd recommend trying the following to see if it can resolve the issue: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-reset-thumbnail-cache-windows-10

Also reboot if you haven't done that since uninstalling.
