2 Monitors (144hz) 1 TV (60hz)

It might work better at 120hz so they're kind of scaling.

 

Can always try 144hz anyways.

Yeah should be fine. I ran 4 monitors with 3 at 60 Hz and one at 75 Hz (and three different resolutions amongst the four) for years on my Nvidia GPU with no issues. :)
