So in 2013 I built a pc, i7 4820k, kingston beast 2x8 GB 2400mh and Asus rampage iv black edition with windows 8 

 

When 8.1 released I updated to that regretibly and now windows 10 but since 8.1 completely randomly during the boot process when the loading circle come up under the windows logo it freezes so I reset it some times it takes 10mins to boot something starts straight up 

 

I have delt with it up till now I'm thinking of overclocking however after a actual loom in my bios it turns out my ram is only running at 1333mh when ran is 2400mh I tried to force it to run at 2400 but does not boot at all i tryed running a ram tester but it says no problems detected 

So long story shot anybody know if my random crashes are something to do with my ram speed problem which might fix with a bios update or that over the 2 the OP updates and something has corrupted
