You have to have an AIO? A lot of more compact air coolers will perform better than a single 120mm AIO. 8700K is a pretty hot chip if you want to OC.

Some cases don't have the airflow for good air cooling, the H80i v2 is essentially a 240 radiator that takes up on fan slot.

If you can’t fit a decent tower cooler or a 240 aio or bigger, sounds like a better case is in order.

I've actually been thinking about upgrading my case but idk which one should I choose. Would NZXT H700i be a good choice if I wanted to put something like a NZXT Kraken X62

as cooling in it. I think it has enough space on the front but I don't really know how it goes.

NZXT cases = no airflow + expensive

I cooled an OCed 8600K on an NH-D15S and two EVGA 1080 SCs in SLI (bottom card maxed at 66C and top at 76C) in an S340 Elite, known for "mediocre" airflow.

Though I can agree that they are overpriced compared to the competition, and IMO the H series isn't as nice as the S340 Elite was, aaand Fractal has the Meshify C for less and that's an excellent case (I just got my Meshify C Mini, will be building in it this weekend).

What are your specs and why do you only have space for one fan? Why do you want an AIO as opposed to an air cooler?

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?
