Need help choosing a laptop under 800 USD

I would like to ask for your recommendation on a laptop for under USD 800. I would be using it for video editing and a little bit for photo editing on the side. I will be using Adobe Premiere Pro, Vegas Pro and Adobe Photoshop. UAE sites/listings are preferred.

Currency conversion and how expensive things are in different places is difficult.

 

You're probably gonna want to go used, so my suggestion is that you go on a used UAE site and show us what are the options at the top of your budget. From there we can go on.
