Hi,

I downloaded a Windows 10 ISO image from Microsoft website, and I created a bootable flash drive, but I can't install it on the M.2 drive.

The error I get is "A media driver your computer needs is missing".

I tried every advice I read from people with the same issue, but anything seems to work.

My motherboard is a ASUS TUF Gaming Plus Wifi x570.

I highly appreciate if anyone could help me to figure out how to install Windows 10.

Is that an error that displays when you're in Windows Installer?

Then disconnect all drives except for your NVME SSD, it should work then.

You need the NVME Drivers.

And how is the OP supposed to get these?

I doubt that's the correct answer tbh...

Yes, the error shows in the Windows installer. The M.2 it's the only drive I have connected

Same way as any other driver: download them then slipstream into the ISO.

Do you know in which directory should I inject the drivers?

You will need this program: https://www.ntlite.com/ Follow the instructions.

Thank you for the recommendation. I will keep looking for other alternatives to fix the problem. I don't have another PC to install this software

I finally solved the issue. I plugged two flash drive to the PC. The first one with the Windows 10 ISO image, and the second one with generic drivers for NVEM drives. When I turned on the PC again, and I chooses to boot with the bootable flash drive Windows installation found the NVME drive. I don't know how it worked. I guess the installation found the drivers on the second flash drive and automatically used them to find my NVME M.2 drive. I hope this help someone with se same problem. I spend two days trying to install Windows 10 on my new rig.
