EDIT: Ok the issue seems fixed. 

 

What happened was: I did a firmware update and after that my PC booted very slowly, even though the hard-drive is not the boot drive 

 

So now I did a "power cycle"

And it's fixed,  the PC starts normally again. 

 

So yeah,  maybe this helps someone with similar issues - it's also supposed to fix dead SSDs,  no idea...
