Which dual fan RTX 2060 model is the best for noise or cooling?

So I'll have an RTX 2060, but since my budget is a little bit tight I'd get a dual fan model. Which ones are the best and which ones are the worst? Since Black Friday is coming, I would prefer to have different recommendations if it's possible, so uh yeah

Mostly because of price constraint, but a video card up to 320mm can fit in my case.

I own the EVGA 2 fan 2060 and I have no complaints and it fit in my h200 NZXT itx case

I would recommend one of Gigabyte’s triple fan cards. My friend has one for his 2070 super and it’s pretty quiet. I have an evga dual slot dual fan 2070 super and it gets pretty loud. It might be fine for the 2060 though, since it’s a cooler GPU. One annoying thing about the evga card is that the fans stop and start frequently which makes a noise like a clock ticking.
