Configure Windows Network for TCP/IP Only

Ignoring the practical applications, how would one configure Windows to run TCP/IP only?  Specifically, is it possible to run a Windows network without NetBIOS?  I think I'd like to test this.

Nice. But then, if you proceed all that rules in second link, you'll must copy files from one computer to another using pendrive. :) Personally I like network sharing.
