Better get the 3600 without the X, costs less performs the same. Price difference allows for a decent air cooler.

Makes no sense to get an 3600X and a 240mm water cooler when you can spend that cash for a Ryzen 7 3700. lol

The only difference between the R5 3600 and R5 3600X is the included box cooler, if you'll buy an aftermarket cooler than might as well cheap up with the non-X variant.

The price seems to be close to yours so check the availability in your country, too bad that you're not in France cause atm the 3600x is at the price of the 3600 :/

@Plouffe @Sajiko And would you buy it right away or would you wait some time?

Black Friday/Christmass/New Years discount ?

You should wait for black friday and maybe get a 2070S, 3600x/3700x or a Corsair RMx/TXm :)

@Milos9999 You do not need to buy such a hweege cooler. A Decent 30-40eur coooler can be enough, esp. if you don't run insane voltages.

Just one more thing: unfortunately, I've came across few 3600s with sub-par soldering, thus the heat dissipation to the cooler base is abysmal. Those cpu-s tend to heat a low, without actually transmitting the heat to the cooler radiators.. :( In that worse case scenario, a better air cooler is just waste of money. Fortunately, not happens with everybody, but, there is a risk..

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )
