Aorus 2080ti waterforce extreme

Yo Guys, 

I'm planning to buy this 2080ti. Never had nothing in common with Gigabite and their Aorus series. 
Any opinions? Is it better than Strix ? 
What about the AIO solution . Is it reliable ? Will last let say 3 - 5 years ? 
Also will i fit the radiator on the obsidian 1000 D back ? Right from the mobo

Running two AIOs in a case designed for four 480 rads seems like a waste, I personally would go with a custom loop and something like a EVGA FTW3 Hydro Copper.

Strix is better than aorus, but aorus isnt the worst one either

I'm not experienced yet with custom loops but plan to upgrade probably somewhere in 2021 that is why for now just two AIOs. 
What about other cases then , that would go nicely with such scheme ?

I would not say that its worth the money. Strix has better qualiti, better programs, better lightning and 0.5% better performance. But if the price difference is high go with aorus

i would stick with the waterforce, its the only AIO card that doesn't have a fan directly on it

I have to disagree about the lightning but that's preferences  

Also i'm pretty sure that since it's watercooled you can overclock it better than the Strix (Strix 1665MHz boost vs Aorus 1770MHz boost) so it will have better performance. About quality they are the same (3 years) with an extension to 4 years for Gigabyte (I don't know if Asus does that too). But Asus program is better.

The Phanteks Evolv X has good watercooling support, as the P600S, same with the new Luxe 2

The Lian Li O11 Dynamic and it's XL variant are made for that.

The Fractal Design Meshify S2 or Define R6 are nice too.

All 2080ti's with A-Chip on them perform about the same with room temperature based cooling. It doesnt matter which model you choose. 
All of them have coilwhine, all of them clock to about the same when overclocked (usually around 2100mhz, exception might be the KiNGPiN card from evga)

 

While you are able to maintain higher clock speeds in heavy loads for longer when watercooled vs air i wouldnt go with an AiO solution because those things are made to break, the pump in there most likely wont last you 5years, you can actually be happy if it lasts you about 2years..

 

As mentioned previously the FTW3 Ultra might be one of the best choices, it doesnt reach above 60°C with that aircooler quite often, it already comes with 380watt bios and has a bios switch. Other than that there is no reason to pay more when you plan to watercool anyways just get the cheapest 2080ti with A-Chip. If you want to watercool later instead of immediately get the cheapest with tripple fan in reference design and A-Chip so you can assure compatibility to most waterblocks and being able to actually buy one if you wish to do so, all waterblocks for "custom design pcb's" are very limited in production numbers and might be sold out or only barely available later.
