Which one would be better performance wise ?

What's your full current PC, and what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

Also what games/software are you running?

What budget/country?

There's not a huge difference. When it comes down to it, getting a used 1070 is the choice I'd make.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Ya...your CPU is going to hold you back a ton for modern gaming.

You are much better off starting with like an R5 2600 + B450 board with VRM heatsinks, and 3000mhz CL16 or better RAM, your 560 isn't the worst thing ever for 1080p gaming.

Then find a used RX 470/480/570/580 if they're cheap, it's about twice as fast as your RX 560

The one that i can find thats cheap is the 1660ti rather than the 1070 2nd hand but the thing is that the 1660ti is new with the box and the plastic wrap on the box so im more leneient towards it because of that , i dont want to get a used card because they might hide some defects or big problems that the graphics card has..and i know my cpu isnt that powerful but i have in mind an upgrade

There's a pretty low chance of getting a defective CPU as long as the seller can be verified/trusted.

At least for ebay there's tons of buyer protection if the product is damaged.

both are great / well fps overhead for these games.

1660 SUPER is newer and cheaper card, get this for warranty, and cooler temps

Im from romania , so that isnt as cheap here and i dont even know if they have supers in stock and if they'd do they would be expensive. Let me put in perspective i would pay normally for the 1660ti around 1800 ron , but i can buy it for 1050 ron

There's really no performance difference between the cards, but the 1070 does have a bit more VRAM

if they're close in price get the 1070

if the 1660ti is a lot cheaper, it's going to run a bit cooler/quieter as well, so probably just get that.

But in any event gotta replace that FX CPU ASAP lol Ryzen is just generally cheap/effective with it's 6 core 12 thread CPUs. They just want fast memory too.
