Wifi signal and stuttering sucks.

Hi. Im having issues with my wifi signal and i dont know why.

 

first i buoght this

wif adaptor is the tplink wn822 high gain wifi adapter i put it outside my window and thats it , i installed latest driver, im using windows 7, i disabled windows update and everithing, so i get stuttering and bad conection the router is far aroud 50 meters from my location im using the usb port 3.0 for "fastest" tranfering but sometimes disconects and even my signal ok is ok whith level "good" signal i cant see nothing of even google page.

 

there is a way to analize my quality wifi signal or something bucause windows signal icon lie.
