I'm trying to install the Nvidia CUDA toolkit to use with tensorflow 1.x (not 2.x) and only CUDA 10.1 supports Visual Studio 2019, but Tensorflow only supports up to 10.0. Visual Studio 2017 doesn't seem to be available anymore, so is there a way to get it? The CUDA toolkit 10.0 says "no supported version of Visual Studio was found" when I have visual studio 2019.
