Clip on the graphic slot broke

The clip that holds the gpu on the PCIEX16 slot came off. Installed the graphics card anyway, and things look fine so far, and also gaming. Could that be a serious problem? Another slot is available, but it is PCIEX4.

Do I try to swap the clip from x4 to x16, if that is possible? Or leave it that way?
